I have a fully paid up timeshare. I never used it realizing how hard it was to transfer to another location and the location is undisireable for me. I have not paid Maintenance Fees for two years. Now I’m billed for a third year. It has gone to collection. I stopped talking to collection agency. All they want is their money.
Is there a way to stop this?I have contacted the timeshare by mail in the past with return receipt, and got no response. I’ve prepared a new letter for “Deed giveback ( Quit Claim) but haven’t sent it yet.
