Liberty Timeshare Resolution Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Liberty Timeshare Resolution (“Liberty,” “we,” “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Liberty is an Authorized Tradebloc Partner and provides marketing services to generate customers for Tradebloc Inc. (“Tradebloc”). Liberty does not offer any legal or financial services, nor does it handle the process of cancelling your timeshare.
2. Our Role
   Liberty is an authorized marketing partner of Tradebloc. Our role is limited to assisting in generating prospective customers for Tradebloc’s timeshare cancellation services. All services related to the cancellation of timeshares are provided solely by Tradebloc, and Tradebloc assumes all liability for the services provided. Liberty acts as a facilitator and does not assume any liability for the timeshare cancellation process.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
   Tradebloc offers a money-back guarantee for its timeshare cancellation services. This guarantee is contingent upon the client’s compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the Enrollment Agreement. If you breach the Enrollment Agreement, any refund, whether partial or full, is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Tradebloc. Liberty is not responsible for enforcing the money-back guarantee or determining eligibility for refunds.
4. No Legal Services
   Liberty and Tradebloc are not law firms, and we do not provide legal advice or services. The services offered are strictly related to marketing and contract termination. We recommend that you seek independent legal advice from a qualified attorney regarding any legal matters related to your timeshare.
5. Client Responsibilities
   To successfully complete the timeshare cancellation process, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your timeshare.
• Comply with all requests for information and cooperate fully with Tradebloc during the resolution process.
• Follow all instructions provided by Liberty and Tradebloc as specified in the Enrollment Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Liberty’s Liability: Liberty shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of Tradebloc’s timeshare cancellation services. You agree that any claims or disputes related to the cancellation of your timeshare must be directed solely to Tradebloc.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Liberty harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or the Enrollment Agreement.

7. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Liberty is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
8. Termination
   Liberty reserves the right to terminate our services at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms or the Enrollment Agreement. In the event of termination, Liberty will have no further obligations to you.
9. Use of Information and Communications
   By submitting your information through our website, you consent to be contacted by Liberty by phone, email, or SMS for purposes related to our services, including marketing messages. Your consent is given in accordance with the GDPR and A2P (Application-to-Person) regulations. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
    We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date of the “Effective Date” at the bottom of these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
